Legal basis and retention period
O’COMMUNICATION’s legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Data is kept for three years after the last contact, then deleted.
Third-party services
The site installs no advertising trackers and no audience-measurement tools. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that it is filled in by a person. Safiro fonts are provided by Adobe Fonts. The site is hosted by OVH SAS. Your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored in your browser, with no personal data.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to contact@o-communication.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
