Integrated report
The integrated report presents, in a single document, an organisation’s strategy, business model, governance and the value it creates for its stakeholders. It links financial and non-financial performance. The international framework is published by the IFRS Foundation as the Integrated Reporting Framework.

What is an integrated report?
An integrated report explains how an organisation creates value over time. It links strategy, business model, governance and financial and non-financial performance in a single narrative.
Is an integrated report mandatory?
No. In France, the integrated report is a voluntary approach. It complements regulatory documents such as the universal registration document or the sustainability statement.
Does the integrated report replace the sustainability report?
No. The sustainability report follows precise standards and a legal obligation for the companies concerned. The integrated report takes up its essential elements in a concise, readable format.
